1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Kuki Player ("Kuki Player," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Kuki Player iOS application (the "App").

This policy is written for users of the App and for App Store review. It describes the limited information that may be processed by the App, how that information is used, and your choices.

2. What Kuki Player Is

Kuki Player is a media player application for iOS that allows users to watch live TV, movies, and series using their own authorized IPTV/OTT account, portal, server, or access credentials.

Users are responsible for using the App only with services, accounts, and content sources they are authorized to access.

3. Information We Process

Kuki Player is designed to process only the information needed to operate as a media player. Depending on how you use the App, the following information may be processed locally on your device:

• Server, portal URL, or short code entered or selected by you.
• Username and password entered by you for your own IPTV/OTT provider account.
• Device identifier or device code used for portal activation or device authorization.
• Playback preferences, such as player settings or viewing options.
• Parental control PIN set by you.
• Locked channel IDs or similar identifiers used for parental control or access restrictions.
• App language and basic interface preferences.
• Recently loaded content lists from your own IPTV/OTT provider, such as channel lists or categories.

When you contact us for support, we may process your email address and any information you voluntarily include in your message, such as screenshots, device details, error descriptions, or account-related context you choose to provide.

Kuki Player does not collect payment card numbers, bank account details, billing addresses, or other payment information.

4. How We Use Information

The information described above is used only for purposes related to operating and supporting the App, including:

• Connecting the App to the IPTV/OTT server, portal, or account selected by you.
• Authenticating your device or account with your selected IPTV/OTT provider.
• Loading content lists and metadata supplied by your IPTV/OTT provider.
• Remembering playback preferences, language settings, parental controls, and locked channels on your device.
• Responding to support requests that you choose to send to us.
• Maintaining and improving the stability and usability of the App.

Your login credentials are used only to connect to the IPTV/OTT provider, portal, or server that you select or configure in the App.

5. Local Storage and Security

The App may store certain settings and information locally on your device so that you do not need to re-enter them each time you use the App.

Login credentials and parental control PINs should be stored securely on the device, preferably using encrypted local storage or the iOS Keychain where applicable. We encourage users to protect their device with a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or other available device security features.

The App may connect to user-provided or configured IPTV/OTT servers over HTTP or HTTPS depending on the configuration and security support of the provider. HTTPS provides stronger protection in transit, but the connection method may depend on the provider selected by the user.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the App, but we cannot guarantee absolute security for information stored on your device or transmitted to third-party IPTV/OTT providers.

6. IPTV/OTT Provider Data

Content lists, channel names, movie or series metadata, logos, categories, electronic program guide information, subtitles, audio track information, and similar data may come from the IPTV/OTT provider, portal, or server selected by you.

Kuki Player does not create, control, edit, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, legality, quality, or completeness of provider-supplied data or media content.

Your IPTV/OTT provider may have its own privacy practices, terms, security measures, and data retention rules. We encourage you to review the privacy policy and terms of the provider you choose to use with the App.

7. No Tracking, No Ads, No Sale of Data

Kuki Player does not sell your personal data.

Kuki Player does not contain third-party advertising.

Kuki Player does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising, profiling, or data broker purposes.

We do not use your IPTV/OTT credentials, provider details, content lists, or playback preferences for advertising or third-party marketing.

8. Children and Parental Control

Kuki Player is a general media player tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The App may include parental control features, such as a parental control PIN and locked channel IDs. These features are intended to help users restrict access within the App on their own device. Kuki Player does not control the content supplied by IPTV/OTT providers.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use of the App and ensuring that any IPTV/OTT account or provider used with the App is appropriate for their household.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Information entered into the App, such as portal details and credentials, may be sent to the IPTV/OTT provider or server selected by you so the App can authenticate and load your authorized service. This provider is not controlled by Kuki Player.

If you contact support, we may use the information you provide to respond to your request. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, Kuki Player, or others.

10. Data Retention

Information stored locally by the App generally remains on your device until you delete it, remove the account or portal from the App, clear the App data where available, or uninstall the App.

Support emails and related communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Kuki Player does not retain payment information because the App does not collect payment information.

11. User Choices

You may choose not to enter IPTV/OTT credentials or portal information. If you do not provide this information, the App may not be able to connect to your selected IPTV/OTT provider.

You can change or remove provider details, preferences, parental controls, and locally stored information using the App's available settings or by uninstalling the App from your device.

You may contact us to ask questions about support communications you have sent to us or to request deletion of information you voluntarily provided in a support request.

12. International Users

Kuki Player may be used by users in different countries. If you contact us, your support request may be processed in a country different from your country of residence.

By using the App or contacting us, you understand that your information may be processed where we or our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or our practices. When we update the policy, we will revise the effective date above or otherwise make the updated version available at this page.

Your continued use of the App after an updated policy becomes available means that you acknowledge the updated policy.
